ONLINE TRAINING WITH SHARON PORTER

Online coaching is the most flexible way to reach your fitness goals. You can work out where and when it's convenient for you, instead of relying on someone else's location and availability.

As part of the programme, I provide clients with fitness and nutrition guidance, detailed workout plans tailored to your specific goals or weekly routines and a level of online coaching best suited to your circumstances. Levels can be as simple as e-mail-based coaching, or as in-depth as Skype coaching sessions coupled with access to my online app where you can access workouts, track progress, and report back to me.

With my coaching programmes, you will receive customised workouts created specifically for you and your goals. I work with whatever you prefer and access you have available, whether this is programmes designed for home use, the outdoors or local fitness facilities. You will also receive habit-based nutrition coaching.

As part of the programme each participant will receive personal support from me throughout each month. The level of communication ranges from e-mail only for my most basic plan, to unlimited voice messaging, texting, and video analysis for my most high-end plan.

Through my online portal, you will receive workouts that will need to be logged when completed, and the ability to track your progress. I will receive automatic notifications whenever you complete a workout and I can easily keep tabs on your progress. Clients also have the option of saving – or printing out – their workouts as PDFs if desired.
