EVENTS: POSTNATAL FITNESS WORKSHOP

• Are you 6 weeks post vaginal delivery?
• Are you 10 weeks post c-section?
• Are you suffering with a weak core?
• Do you suffer with lower back pain?
• Do you have Diastasis Recti (Abdominal Separation)?
• Are you unsure what exercise to do post delivery?
If you answer YES to any of the above, this workshop is for you, providing you have had the all clear from your doctor or women's health physio.
We'll show you how to re-connect with your core and pelvic floor, through functional exercise. Heal from the inside with our nutritional tips. The workshop will finish with a guided meditation.
