How do I sign up to your online sessions?

All our sessions must be booked online, via our booking system or App. If you are joining us via Zoom you will be sent a link prior to the start of the session. Click here to view our current timetable.

I've just given birth, when can I join your sessions?

Our sessions are available to those who are 6 week post-partum, or 10 weeks if delivery was via c-section, and have been signed off by their GP / doctor.

"I first started attending classes at Wellholme Park whilst on maternity leave and instantly I was hooked. Soon they became part of our weekly routine. It was great to meet other people and get fresh air and exercise. Sharon is great and tailors things to your level of fitness so that there is challenge for everyone. She is really knowledgable about post natal fitness and really puts you at ease.

Every class is different so there is something for everyone and it doesn’t matter if your little ones need attention during the class as exercises can be adapted. Everyone is really friendly so I would recommend it to anyone on maternity leave as it was certainly one of our highlights.

Once back at work, I’ve attended different classes (Wednesday and Saturdays at Crossley Heath) to get my fitness fix! During lockdown, the classes have been online and they’ve really helped me start to get my fitness back! It has been lovely to see members old and new on zoom and it’s so convenient to just get out the laptop (whilst my boys are still in their pjs!!!) and join in the workout. It keeps me accountable and sometimes even the boys join in now that they are older! If you haven’t tried a class yet give it a go- you won’t regret it!" - Kathleen
