My range of one-to-one sessions really concentrates on your body's needs and your individual goals. Ideal for those that perhaps need a little more motivation or wanting that extra support and guidance through your pregnancy and postnatal recovery!

Small Group Personal Training in Halifax

SMALL GROUP PT

Mix up your working day with my small group sessions.

Don’t get bogged down at your desk all day – break the strain by organising some group fitness classes with your colleagues. I can come to your workplace early morning, during lunch or after work - you decide. Or join our small group Restore Your Core programmes to aid with abdominal separation.

BOOK YOUR SESSIONS

  1. 1.   Once you've made the decision to embark on a Personal Training journey - you're half way there! We'll book in an initial chat (10 mins) to see if I can accommodate your goals, check to see if we're the right fit for once another and discuss session availability.
  2. 2.   Book a Success Session for a discussion on your goals and lifestyle. This can be done over the phone, video call or in person.
  3. 3.   We'll get going. Simply book your sessions!
