My expertise spans a wide age range so that I can devise training sessions to encourage every member to give it their best – while giving you, as a family, a really fun time together. Children under 16 train for free.
SMALL GROUP PT
Mix up your working day with my small group sessions.
Don’t get bogged down at your desk all day – break the strain by organising some group fitness classes with your colleagues. I can come to your workplace early morning, during lunch or after work - you decide.
BOOK YOUR SESSIONS
- 1. Once you've made the decision to embark on a Personal Training journey - you're half way there! We'll book in an initial chat (10 mins) to see if I can accommodate your goals, check to see if we're the right fit for once another and discuss session availability.
- 2. Book a Success Session for a discussion on your goals and lifestyle. This can be done over the phone, video call or in person.
- 3. We'll get going. Simply book your sessions!
