Looking to get back into fitness after childbirth, or just want to start working out now your child is a little older? Buggy 4 Fitness provides a fun environment in which you and your new arrival can join like-minded mums in the great outdoors to exercise.
Take your baby or toddler along, enjoy a changing workout programme and meet like-minded mums in your local park. Focussing on a wide variety of postnatal specific exercises included within cardio, muscle toning and pelvic floor strength, mums of all fitness levels are welcome.
Work at your own level, increasing as the sessions progress and get back to your pre-pregnancy shape or get the look you desire. Sessions can be joined as early as 6 – 10 weeks after birth, and with my unlimited monthly memberships you can join whichever class suits your timetable, or book block sessions to use over a set time.
