What’s Involved?
The Fit Challenge is a 6 week programme designed to help you lose weight,
drop body fat and significantly improve your health and wellbeing, all by creating and
establishing lasting habits that will serve you for a lifetime.
The challenge involves three elements; nutrition, exercise and accountability.
By combining these elements, supported by online learning and resources, we will help
you grow confidence, boost your self-esteem and regain your fitness and strength.
Our in-person fitness sessions take place at Manor Heath Park in Halifax, Overgate Hospice Elland and Wellhome Park Brighouse.
